Dumpster Fire at 27 N. Main Street Thursday, October 2, 2014 Ambulance 1-8's crew, while performing fire code inspections, came across a dumpster fire to the rear of 27 North Main Street. Crew members placed themselves on scene and requested assistance from Engine 1-2. Workers first started to burn some boxes to the rear of the building which produced a lot of smoke; therefore, they discarded the boxes in the dumpster. The fire was extinguished.
