Truck takes down wires

Engine 1-2 and Ambulance 1-8 were sent to the 800 block of Cleveland Ave for wires down. Units arrived to find two power wires hanging low after an apparent strike to a pole. Bystanders witnessed a large truck that was leaving the area after the incident. Crews detoured traffic around the section of roadway and remained on scene until the arrival of Borough Electric. Engine 1-2 remained on scene for about an hour until the roadway was cleared.
