Attic fire on 2nd St

| Company 1 units and mutual aid were sent to the 300 block of South 2nd St for a reported Attic Fire in a residence. Engine 1-4 and Chief 1 arrived with normal conditions from the front of the building. Chief 1 reported smoke from the attic while doing his 360 and the crew from Engine 1-1 advanced a line to the attic. The fire was contained to contents in the attic space and the fire was quickly brought under control. Company 1 operated for over 30 minutes before returning available. |
