| Engine 1-1, Tower 1 and Ambulance 1-7 were alerted to 380 W. Commerce Street for a CO Activation. Chief 1 arrived with a commercial building, and began to investigate. Initial reports were of a piece of machinery that had been running in the building that developed a build up of CO. Crews found initial readings at 50 PPM and areas having higher concentrates. Crews from Engine 1-1 and Tower 1 utilized several fans to remove the CO from the building and continued to monitor. Crews were able to get the CO to a safe limit and allowed employees back in the building. |
