Wires Down

While units were operated at College and Edgar, Communications advised of a wire across the road in the 1500 block of Philadelphia Ave. Engine 1-2 cleared that call and responded, finding a wire across the roadway, blocking traffic. Engine 1-2 secured the area with assistance by Sheriff Dane Anothony and Chief Deputy Sheriff Ben Sites. After crews confirmed no additional hazards, Engine 1-2 cleared and left the scene to Fire police until the Electric and Cable companies arrived.
