Engine 1-1 and Ambulance 1-8 were alerted for a report of wires down in the 1800 block of Edgar Ave in the Borough. While units were responding, Communications advised that the incident could potentially be in Greene Township, so Franklin Fire Co. was alerted as well. Engine 1-1 arrived on scene and assumed Command with the incident benign both in the Borough and the Township. A tractor trailer delivering items in the area caught several utility lines and tore them from their poles. Engine 1-1 and Engine 45 set up a perimeter until the arrival of the utility companies. Once the utility companies arrived, Command 1 (Capt. Pryor) placed units in service.
