Vehicle into Building

Engine 1-2 and Ambulance 1-9 were sent to the 300 block of East Washington St for a reported property damage accident. Engine 1-2 arrived on scene finding a vehicle that had struck a house with no injuries. Crews checked the stability of the home and ensured all occupants were out of the home. Borough Building Code Official, Gas Dept and Electric Dept were requested to the scene to assist. Crews stood by and assisted the Building Code Official until releasing the property to the building owner to shore the property up and begin repairs.
