At 5:35 a.m., crews were dispatched to 531 East King Street for an inside investigation for odor of
smoke with smoke alarms going off. CFD and Duty 1 Command (Captain Martin) found a two and a half story single-family home with normal conditions on all sides. Crews stretched
a hand line to the front door, and after a thorough investigation, no smoke or odor was detected. Crews found a faulty aged detector in the attic. This was the fourth fire call
for the department in under 30 minutes this morning. |
