Dumpster Fire



Both CFD Engine's were alerted to the unit block of West Liberty Street for a reported dumpster fire. Engine 1-1 and Engine 1-2 both arrived during dispatch to confirm a well involved fire in the dumpster. Crew deployed the bumper line and quickly extinguished the fire. Crews continued to wet down the area and made notification to Borough Sanitation. Crews operated for about 20 minutes until Chief 1 cleared units.
