Brush Fire

| Both CFD Engines were sent just before 1430 hrs for a reported brush fire in the area of Lincoln Way East and the Interstate. Engine 1-4 arrived on scene with access off of Stouffer Ave finding some yard waste being burned by the resident. The homeowner was able to extinguish the fire and CFD crews assisted with wetting down the area. Units cleared after operating for 12 minutes. |
