Engine 1-1 assists on House Fire

Shortly after 0700 hrs. Engine 1-1 was alerted to assist Franklin Fire Co. (Station 4) with a working house fire. Engine 1-1 and Deputy Chief 1 responded with 8, arriving as the second due engine. Engine 1-1 driver laid a supply line to establish a water supply, while the crew pulled a back up line to assist with fire attack. The crew operated for almost 2 1/2 hours before returning available.
