The Chambersburg Fire Department would like to wish Firefighter Randy Himes a safe and healthy retirement. FF Himes officially retired July 22nd after serving the Borough of Chambersburg for 30 years. We thank Randy for his thoroughness of knowing the inside and out of the Engine at HQ Station, as well as maintaining much of the building at HQ Station. Within the department Randy also has handled the Knox Box program for the Borough, ensuring the Fire Dept. had access during an emergency to many of the businesses across the Borough. Congratulations Randy on a well deserved career and enjoy retirement.
