A Business Reports Smoke

| At 5:30 p.m., a commercial box alarm was sounded for smoke inside a business at 850 Fifth Avenue. Crews arrived to find a one-story occupancy with normal conditions. A strong odor of electrical burning was noted and following extensive investigation a burnt light on one of the ambulances was found causing the smoke and odor. Ventilation was conducted, and crews cleared in 30 minutes. |
