| CFD units and mutual aid were sent to the 1000 block of Sheffler Dr for a report of smoke in the building. DUty 1 arrived on scene during dispatch to find a large multi-use warehouse with normal conditions from the exterior. Duty 1 found a smoke condition in the warehouse and while investigating, found it to be coming from an adjoining warehouse. Crews found a smoldering fire in the middle of a pallet warehouse. Company 1 units were able to extinguish the fire and ensure no further spread. Command 1 (Capt. Martin) held Company 1 units on scene prior to mutual aid arriving. Crews ventilated the building and ensured no hot spots.
