Fire reported Out

CFD units and Truck 42 were alerted to the 500 block of Kraiss Ave for a house fire reported out. Enroute units were advised of a fire in a trash can outside that they believed was out. Asst. Chief 1 and Engine 1-2 arrived on scene with normal conditions. Crews met with the homeowner that advised the fire was previously and that they wanted someone to check it out. Confirmed no active fire and no further fire department services needed.
