| At 12:19 p.m., CFD responded to 413 Phoenix Drive for an inside investigation
of an odor of sulfur. While responding to the scene, dispatch notified crews that the caller was not feeling well due to this odor and would like to be
evaluated. Units arrived to find a middle of the row business with everyone evacuated from the building. Upon investigation, a burned up, computer back-up,
power supply was found to be the source of the odor. One patient was evaluated but refused transport to the ER. Quick ventilation was done, and the building
was turned back over to the owner.
