| Tower 1 responded to the 1000 block of Superior Ave for a reported building fire as part of the 44-13 assignment. The Tower arrived and was assigned by Command 44 to ladder the building and to assist on the roof. Crews investigated several sections of duct work and hoopers finding high heat but no fire. Crew located a separate fire that had travelled through the duct work and extinguished it. Tower 1 assisted with ventilating the large building as well. Crews operated until placed in service by Command 44 (Deputy 47).
