Vehicle Fire

| Both Engines were alerted for a reported vehicle fire to the rear of F&M Bank on S Main St. Engine 1-2 and Chief 1 arrived, finding a delivery truck with fire in the engine compartment. The crew from Engine 1-2 quickly placed a hosline in place and brought the fire under control. Crews placed absorbent pads around a nearby storm drain to control runoff from the vehicle. Crews remained on scene for a short time and were assisted on scene by Fayetteville. |
