Stove Fire

| Chambersburg units were alerted to the 300 block of West Burkhart Ave for a reported Stove Fire. Engine 1-2 crew arrived and had a smoke condition on the first floor. Crews advanced a line to the kitchen area and found a fire in the cabinets above the stove. Crews wet down the area and overhauled the area to ensure no extension to the house. Crews operated for a little over 30 minutes before being placed in service by Command 1 (Chief Ulrich). |
