A call to the station was received after 8:30 a.m. with
a report of suspicious bubbles rising from underground tanks at Wilson College. Crews investigated to find four underground tanks that had
a minor leak around each of the valve housings. Unfortunately, the valves could not be secured which created a unique situation. Franklin
County and Cumberland County HazMat units assisted on scene and determined that the tanks were filled with propane. The area was secured
until the arrival of Shipley Energy who was able to mitigate the situation by offloading the tanks. Crews cleared the scene in around two and a half hours.
