Abandoned vehicle Fire

While crews were participating at the Healthy Family Fun Day event, Engine 1-1 and Engine 1-2 were sent to the Pine Woods Park for a vehicle fire. Units arrived to find a burnt out vehicle that had been abandoned. The fire was out prior to arrival, but was still smoldering as well as near by brush that had ignited. Crews wet the area down and assisted CPD before returning to service.
