Wayne Ave Garage Fire

| Chambersburg units were alerted to the 500 block of Wayne Ave for a Brush Fire against a garage. Engine 1-4 arrived on scene to find a pile of trash on fire against the garage with possible extension. Chief 1 requested the assignment to be upgraded as other CFD units arrived. The fire was brought under control quickly and mutual aid units were placed in service. Crews operated for just under an hour before being released by Command 1 (Chief Ulrich). |
