New Duty Vehicle

| The Chambersburg Fire Dept recently placed in service a new 2021 Ford F150 Interceptor vehicle, replacing our Ford Expedition duty vehicle. This duty vehicle is assigned to Assistant Chief 1 and is a near twin to the duty vehicle assigned to Chief 1. These vehicles are specified to hold up to the responses that these vehicles will handle, while placing the firefighter turnout gear outside of the passenger compartment to lessen the exposure of carcinogens. |
