Cat Rescue

A phone call to HQ fire station sent crews to the area of 72 Lincoln Way West for a cat in distress. A Postal Carrier spotted the cat along the creek with no accessible area to free itself. Crews formulated a plan to access the cat. Crews accessed over a concrete wall to the area and utilized a ladder to make it to the area the cat was at. The cat was able to be retrieved and placed in a box for safe transport to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter.
