First month with HAAS Alert system

| The month of April was the first full month for Engine 1-2 being in service and the HAAS Alert system being in operation. Every month a report is received to provide data on how the system is operating. During the month of April Engine 1-2 alerted 360 vehicles of the Engine approaching them or them approaching the emergency scene. This safety network system has proved a great resource for the Department and looking forward to the future plans of all apparatus having this system on board. |
