Tower assists on Electrical Fire


Tower 1 was alerted as part of the first alarm assignment to the 1900 block of Lincoln Way East for a reported electrical fire. Tower 1 with 6 personnel arrived as the first due truck and was assigned by Command 7 to check the roof. Crews assisted on the interior also, investigating an odor of electrical. Crews were able to isolate the odor to an icee machine and secured the power. No additional services were needed and the Tower was placed in service by Command 7.
