Engine 1-1 was alerted to the 1st block of South Main Street for an outside electrical fire. Crews arrived in the areas quickly, and bystanders advised of a fire in a mulch bed on the sidewalk, near an electrical outlet. The fire that started in the mulch damaged the outlet, and Borough Electric was requested to teh scene. Upon their arrival, the Fire Dept cleared the scene.
