Happy EMS Week

This week, the Chambersburg Fire Department proudly recognizes and celebrates National EMS Week — a time dedicated to honoring the commitment, compassion, and professionalism of emergency medical service providers across the country. Every day, our EMS personnel answer the call to serve our community during emergencies, accidents, illnesses, and times of uncertainty. Their dedication to providing high-quality prehospital care plays a critical role in protecting the health and safety of the residents and visitors of Chambersburg. From lifesaving interventions and emergency response to community education and patient support, our EMS providers work around the clock with skill, courage, and compassion. EMS Week gives us the opportunity to thank the paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, dispatchers, and healthcare partners who work together to make a difference every single day. We also extend our appreciation to the families who support our responders and to the community for their continued trust and support. Please join us in recognizing the hardworking men and women who proudly serve on the front lines of emergency medical care.
