A fire at Moore’s Building Supplies caused an estimated $3 million in damages. The building was almost done being renovated and expanded. The fire started in the rear warehouse area. Investigation was hampered by the amount of debris. Over 100 firefighters from as far away as Gettysburg and Carlisle assisted for 4 hours, and several days later, spot fires were still breaking out in the debris.
