Just before shift change, members of C and D Shift responded to the 900 block of Scotland Avenue for a vehicle accident with possible entrapment. Asst. Chief 1 arrived on scene with one vehicle on its side, checking on injuries. The single occupant was out on arrival, and Ambulance 1-8 handled patient care. Engine 1-1 and Tower 1 arrived and cleared debris and assessed the two vehicles for any hazards. Engine 1-2 was cancelled before arrival. Crews operated for a short time, redirecting traffic until CPD took over.
