A historic moment for the Chambersburg Fire Department occurred this evening as Chief Ulrich went before Council to introduce 6 new members of the department. The 6 new members, Charles Seiber, Kenneth McFadden, Benjamin Caldwell, Phillip Coll, Derek Gilbert, and Rhett Kelly will start the HACC Fire Academy on September 9th. We are grateful for the support of our Borough Council, Mayor, and Borough staff to allow us to bring these members into the department.
