Two new firefighter for the CFD

This evening during the Borough Council meeting, two new firefighters were welcomed into the ranks of the Chambersburg Fire Dept. New recruits Thomas Whiteford and Skyler Deshong were introduced by Chief Ulrich to Council members and appointed. Both members were then sworn in by Mayor Hock. Both members started Tuesday morning at the HACC Fire Academy. Upon completion of the Fire Academy, both members will attend the EMS Academy before coming back to Chambersburg.
