Engine 1-1 and Ambulance 1-8 were alerted to the area of 2055 Scotland Ave for a Vehicle Accident. Engine 1-1 arrived, finding one vehicle into a pole. Crews found the occupant out of the vehicle denying any EMS services. Crews assisted with securing the vehicle's hood and turned the scene over to CPD.
