Both CFD Engines were sent to the 400 block of East King Street for a brush fire to the rear. Asst. Chief 1 arrived and located a 10 by 20 area that was smoldering. Crews wet down the area and created a fire line around the burned area. The Borough Public Works Road Crew assisted on scene with cutting down a tree that was burning inside it. One final wet down was completed prior to units clearing the scene.
