Today crews continued the CFD's mission of fire prevention that promotes safety on all levels. With Ice Fest activities underway, firefighters Mark Cleck and
James Moe provided FIRE/EMS coverage downtown as well as great interaction with the community. In addition to the Ice Fest activities, Captain Umberger, firefighter
Barnhart, and fire prevention assistant Milisa Lehman conducted the Safety Saturday event that promotes fire safety in homes and businesses. A big hit for Safety
Saturday is our car seat checks and installations. The Chambersburg Fire Department members are constantly involved within the community and take great pride in
making the Borough of Chambersburg a safe place to live or visit.
