This evening, during the Borough Council meeting, Chambersburg Fire Department members were on hand to introduce FF/EMT Anthony Chen as the recommended candidate for the promotion to Fire Captain. The Borough Council unanimously approved the promotion, and after being sworn in, he officially became the new Captain of D Shift. Captain Chen was pinned during the meeting by his daughter.
