The new members spent their morning doing an overview of all things ESO. ESO Solutions, which is our all inclusive software for Fire/EMS reports, scheduling, and inspections is a very important part of our day-to-day operations. This time was spent showing them all parts of the software and how some of it works. The remainder of the day was spent going over the Engine Company of Chambersburg Fire Department. Crews covered locations of equipment and operations of that equipment. They ended their day with stretching lines off the engines and familiarizing themselves with the different lines we utilize. Material today was covered by Asst. Chief Myers, Secretary Marshall Warden, Engine Operators Jamie Birgfeld, Matt Birgfeld, and Sam Nehf, and Firefighter Trever O'Donnell.
