On-duty staff at the McKinley Street fire station had their normal work stopped today due to a large crashing sound outside. A tractor-trailer was discovered to have struck the bridge crossing over McKinley Street. They quickly jumped into action, ensuring no one was injured and blocking traffic off. CPD arrived and, after assisting, 1-2 crew members assisted with clearing a large debris area.
