Company 1 units and mutual aid were alerted for an Appliance Fire in the 1st block of South Federal St. First arriving units found a dryer that had been on fire but was out. Chief 1 held Company 1 and Squad 41. Crews secured the utilities for the appliance and removed it. Chief 1 returned the remaining units after operating for 15 minutes.
