House Fire at 232 South Second St

| Calls came into the 911 center just before 11:00 p.m. to report smoke coming from a house in the area of 240 South Second Street. Chambersburg PD arrived to find a working fire at 232 South Second Street. CFD arrived and stretched lines to the fire floor and second floor. Fire was quickly extinguished and held to a few rooms on the first floor. Crews cleared in two hours after extensive overhaul. |
