Appliance Fire at 355 Channing Drive

| A report of an appliance on fire sent CFD units to 355 Channing Drive just after 8 p.m. Deputy Chief 1 and Engine 1-2 crew arrived to find light smoke coming from the end of the row townhome. Crews found a stove that caught fire which was out on arrival with no extension around the stove. Truck 1 ventilated the residence with fans, and crews cleared the scene in less than 20 minutes. |
