CFD Announces New Hire

| At last night's Council meeting, Jamie Birgfeld was voted on and sworn in as the Chambersburg Fire Department's newest firefighter. Jamie started his firefighting career as a volunteer with the Metal Township Fire Department and the Vigilant Hose Company in Shippensburg where he is still an active member. He carries on the tradition as the fourth generation firefighter in his family. Jamie will start the HACC Fire Academy on March 6th. Welcome aboard Jamie! |
