| At 3:30 p.m., CFD was alerted on the working fire dispatch to 2474 Etter Road in Marion Fire Department's first due.
Initially, Company 8 was dispatched for a piece of farm machinery on fire next to the building. Upon arrival, Marion’s first unit found a fully involved outbuilding, and the box was
upgraded at that time. Engine 1-2 arrived on scene and assisted with fire attack, salvage and overhaul of an approximate 50 x 70 barn/shed that was fully involved with fire.
Engine 1-4 arrived on scene and established a drafting operation at the intersection of Tallow Hill and Loop Roads. Ambulance 1-7 arrived on scene and assisted Engine 1-2. Units
remained on scene for the duration of the incident.
