Building Fire at 811 Progress Road

| Multiple calls to 911 came pouring in around 3:12 p.m. A report of a building fire at 811 Progress Road sent CFD and surrounding departments to the scene. Engine 1-4 and Deputy Chief 1 arrived to find fire in the rubber storage area on the exterior of the building. Crews put lines in place and extinguished the fire in around twenty minutes. Command quickly downgraded the box to CFD and Franklin Fire Department. Units remained on the scene for around one hour. |
