Barn Fire on Jack Road

| At 9:51 p.m., Tower 1 was alerted to 4289 Jack Road, St. Thomas' first due, for a reported barn fire. Engine 18-1 arrived to find a canopy style, hay storage loft fully involved. Chief 18 requested the working fire dispatch which also brought Engine 1-2 and Engine 1-4 to the scene. Tower 1 and crew operated to wet down the hay per command's request. All units remained on the scene for around two hours. |
