House Fire on Shatzer Street

| Tower 1 was alerted to 4345 Shatzer Street, St. Thomas Fire Department's first due, for a reported house fire around 8:00 p.m. Deputy Chief 47 arrived and confirmed a fire in the garage with occupants unaccounted for. Tower 1 was the second fire apparatus to arrive and assigned to conduct a primary search. All searches were negative. Crews then assisted with overhaul before being placed in service around an hour after the call was dispatched. |
