Smoke Reported at CASHS

| Company 1 units were alerted with mutual aid to Chambersburg Area Senior High, 511 South Sixth Street, for smoke in the building. Chief 1 arrived first to find visible smoke coming from the front doors of the school. Crews quickly found a battery pack inside the building that had caught fire but was extinguished and removed from the building prior to arrival. Company 1 units remained on scene over an hour to remove smoke from within the building. |
