| A severe accident at the intersection of Orchard Drive and South Main Street sent Engine 1-4, Ambulance 1-7, and a Medic from Holy Spirit to the scene around 10:15 p.m. Medic 102 was the first to arrive and advised of two autos with one person lying unconscious in the roadway. The remainder of the units arrived and assisted with patient care of one patient who was eventually transported to the Chambersburg Hospital and transferred to air medical en route to a trauma center. After an extensive clean-up of the crash scene, all units cleared just after 11 p.m. |
