| At 10:23 a.m., the commercial fire assignment was dispatched for a laundry dryer on fire inside Chambersburg
Hospital at 112 North Seventh Street. Chief 1 and Engine 1-1 arrived to find normal conditions from the exterior, and security initially reporting the fire to be out. After a quick
investigation, it was determined that a small electrical fire occurred and was extinguished prior to fire department arrival. No further fire department services were needed, and units
went in service around 20 minutes after arrival. |
