Crews handle downtown electrical fire

CFD crews and mutual aid were sent to the first block of South Main Street for a report of smoke in the building. CFD units arrived and began to investigate, locating a ventilation fan on fire in the ceiling. Crews were able to quickly control the fire and check for extension. CFD crews operated for just under an hour before clearing the scene
